Today was our second day of the UCU Coventry strike against the #RottentotheCORE performance management system at Coventry University.

We were out on the picket lines from 7.45 this morning which gave us a lot of time to have meaningful conversations with concerned and supportive students! Thanks to all the students who stopped by to have a chat, picked up leaflets to hand out, asked how they could support us, and who spent their day with us handing out leaflets and talking to fellow students! We appreciate you!

The #RottentotheCORE performance management system degrades education for students. Staff are overworked, underpaid and abused by the system.
