Branch Meetings

20/12/24

Dear UCU Members

I hope this email finds you well.   As the academic year 2024/25 progresses, we know that collectively together  we are a very strong, united membership, we have the power to challenge these changes and defend our rights, jobs, and pensions.

Our branch is actively seeking legal advice, and raising concerns at every level to ensure your voices are heard and your rights are protected, writing to MPs and union leaders, issuing press releases and raising concerns at every level to ensure your voices are heard and your rights are protected.

The consultations affect all of us in one way or another—whether directly through restructuring or redundancies, or indirectly through the increased workload, uncertainty, and instability created by these decisions.

Let’s come together to discuss further action.
